Hello Beautiful souls,
Welcome to the first blog post of 2026. I know I stated I would post a new blog before the end of the year. What can I say life is unpredictable and we are not able to always fulfil the things we say. I think as long as we come back that is always what really matters and, we address previous promises.
I think being honest with your community of people is the most important quality one must have when being a creator on the internet. Personally the reason why I was not able to fulfil that promise last month was because my health was really bad, so I did not have the mental capacity nor the physical capacity to post the blog I intended to write. However I always believe everything happens for a reason.
I believe in energy, and I think that this is the right time to write about this topic. Now what does a mindful creator really mean? And most importantly what does it mean to me?
Well, I feel a mindful creator is someone who is not perfect, who is just like everyone else when talking to a community of people. People will build fanbases, I want to build a community, where we can help each other, offer that support to each other and, understand each other better. All these things start with the intention.
The intention behind why we do things in this world. The intention behind why we want to support and help people, will always be the main drive of why we do things in this world. Over the past year, since I began this blog for Sonam’s Art Space, I have been thinking a lot about intention. Especially, the intention behind being a creator in this world and on the internet. I’m an observer, and for many years I have observed many types of people on the internet. I think the reason why I stop resonating with people, is their intention.
We are all living this human experience, and we meet a variety of people throughout life. The thing I have found fascinating is the fact that, when I have continuously chose to learn and evolve on my journey, not everyone does this. Hence why we outgrow and stop resonating with people. The intention either shifts or it evolves far past the people we have known. Some people choose to stay the way they are and, some people get lost in the material of the mundane.
So, I believe if you are seeking to voice a certain message or build something far greater than your own existence. Then you need to make sure that the intention in which you do something comes from a balanced place. I will give you an example, last year I published my first book using the Amazon platform. I thought it was a really good opportunity and a good starting point. However as months past, and I was exposed to things far greater than who I was, I realised that association is an important factor to consider.
We often think that spreading our message on multiple platforms is the way to go. The more we put ourselves out there, the more people will see it. However what I realised is, that is not the case. You need to be more intentional with the platforms you use and choose platforms that resonate more with where you would like to seek those messages. If you are looking to reach a niche audience you have to think deeper on how they would find it.
It’s difficult because the internet is a vast place, where everyone is trying to get attention. But good things always take time. Like me writing this post, feeling like will anyone really read this? However I trust my inner guidance, that the people who want to read this message will find it, even if it takes time. People always find what they are looking for when the time is right for them, not always when the creator has created something.
We creator’s are here to share the work that is meant to help and support the journey’s of those who want to connect. Growth is not accumulated in a day, things will take time. We must be mindful of where we choose to share our work. Choose intentional platforms when we are able to share our work. In my experience, I decided to unpublish my work from Amazon, because I do not feel it is the right place to market myself on. A beautiful diamond can get lost under lumps of coal, so I need to give my work a bigger spotlight. One, where it will shine among other types of crystals. I am transitioning my work to this website. With Amazon I learned that you can truly never delete the work so it may remain on there, but I guess it’s a reminder of where I first started.
Moving forward, I am going to try my best to present my creative works with intention and, collaborate with brands that align with my values. As I have mentioned before, I believe values and virtues are what unify us in this world. So instead of striving for perfection, polished and filtered work, I want to present, raw, real and unfiltered content that helps multiple people in life. We have so much hurt in this world and it is caused by various things that affects us on a day to day basis. My intention as a creator is to offer healing and moments of happiness. To offer hope when your world feels dark, to help us acknowledge the parts of ourselves the world tries to shun away from us. To stand up against prejudice, to bring justice to everyday issues that should be valued.
In a world where everyone is trying to stay in conformity, let me offer you a hand to guide you towards acceptance and healing. Let’s become more intentional in our approach and more mindful in the way we present ourselves. I believe we can then make this world be more harmonious than one that continues to choose destruction everyday.
Thank you for taking the time to read this post. I hope it gave you everything you needed. I will come back with more blog posts, I just won’t give you a time frame 😄
I hope your day has become a bit brighter and I am sending you healing. Allow yourself to flow with life 💛
