It only felt fit to make the compassion essence butterfly pink, the colour of self love. When I think of compassion, I feel a lot people will always use that word to describe a person. We never think to use it for ourselves.
We all live different lives, face different adversities and yet we hardly offer compassion to ourselves. Pour that love to ourselves, tell ourselves that we may suffer in life, why can we not give that compassion to ourselves.
This beautiful butterfly will serve that reminder to be compassionate with yourself. Allow your own suffering be acknowledged by yourself. Compassion often means to suffer together. As people we have silent battles we fight everyday, so you deserve to offer that compassion to yourself. Be kind to yourself and offer empathy to yourself. When we hold great compassion for ourselves, we can offer better support for others.
