This flower essence painting is inspired by Mourner’s Path, which a flower field in my book - Universe of Light: The Ethereal Realm. Mourner’s Path includes five flowers, each one has a different meaning.
The black rose represents rebirth. In my story it talks about how if someone strays too far from their path in life, it will trigger a rebirth. It will make you face the things you need to do so that you can learn and grow. I chose the black rose because it is a flower that carries a darkness but also a richness, much like a rebirth. We must push ourselves to find the deeper and richer meanings of life.
Flowers carry so much symbolism, we just have to look closer and feel the energy they are sending us.
