This flower essence painting is inspired by Mourner’s Path, which a flower field in my book - Universe of Light: The Ethereal Realm. Mourner’s Path includes five flowers, each one has a different meaning.
Blue forget me nots represents nostalgia. To reminisce the parts of yourself you have grown away from. To remind yourself of the beauty you hold. The flower allows you to remember that we are accumulation of all the past versions of ourselves. No matter how far we evolve and grow we should always appreciate the strength and struggles we went through to get to the present moment. Even if the past has glimmers of beauty, celebrate that. Our scars and shimmers are all part of our journey, that’s what makes it so important.
Flowers carry so much symbolism, we just have to look closer and feel the energy they are sending us.
