Resilience Butterfly Essence Original Painting

This is part of my new art collection of paintings. 

Resilience as an essence can be so multifaceted. It’s an essence that evokes different feelings and emotions in everyone. To overcome the struggles, the hard times, to break out and away from conformity, to fight for the freedom we all deserve. It all takes great resilience. 

I painted this butterfly in red due to the many meanings this colour carries. It can mean power; the power it takes to go against the grain. It can mean passion; to give it all you have and never stop believing. It can represent love; the desire to walk a path that is unique to nurturing your love. It can also be the colour of blood; what we often shed in the battles we face. 

Our resilience is something that lives in us, wear it proudly like a crown. We are all fighting for something, so let your resilience be honoured for allowing you to keep going.
